Master/Fully Qualified Technician
Salary £30,000 plus bonus, OTE £32,000 +

A privately owned retailer with an established reputation for quality, reliability and high service standards, which are a direct result of its committed and loyal team of employees. As part of there ongoing growth, are currently looking for highly professional and experienced Master/Fully Qualified Technician for there Southampton location.

Technician – Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately and skillfully detecting and diagnosing faults, undertaking the necessary repairs to ensure a professional repair for complete customer satisfaction
Deal with customers directly in a customer-facing role and on the phone to ensure faults are detected, discussed and resolved
Attend Technician update training at the manufacturer and cascade the information to the workshop technicians and staff within the department
Support the workshop manager in the operation of the service facility
Have a proactive role in the planning and preparation of the future jobs due in which will ensure an easy and enjoyable experience for our customers
Quality check vehicles as and when required to ensure our stringent and high standards are being maintained

The ideal applicants will:
Have a stable and progressive career within a quality dealership
Hold a recognised Master Technician qualification, or close to it, commensurate with the role with a manufacturer or level 3/4
Have strong organisational skills in all activities to be able to set an example as a senior member of the team and ensure that tasks are completed carefully and accurately to agreed schedules for our customers
