Sales Executive – The position of sales executive is a fast paced role liaising with all leads generated through our websites, face to face and following up previous enquiries generated from consumer shows or referrals. Whilst this position would suit a professional face to face closer, it is not for someone who is not prepared to put in massive efforts to generate appointments following up leads on the telephone.

Sales Executive – The role requires a sales professional who is able:

•To react in a professional and efficient manner to phone or email enquiries and follow them up promptly.

•To take details from prospective customers, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify their exact needs and requirements.

•To book an appointment to visit the showroom, consumer show invite or home visit to progress the enquiry.

•To follow up all opportunities and manage an effective and pro-active call diary.

•To follow up with old enquiries, focusing on identifying potential new business from old leads.

•To maximise referral opportunities all the time to expand the sales pipeline.

•To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times, through effective company training

•Any other additional administration duties as required.
