Service Manager

We require a candidate to fill the role of Service Manager to continue with the good work and
progress made with departmental performance in both profits and customer satisfaction

The role holder will be determined to achieve outstanding customer service results but is also extremely financially and sales orientated.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate commitment to achieving excellence. You will also be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing performance, profitability and operating effciency.

Applicants must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating and managing the whole team.

The chosen candidate will be able to demonstrate that they share the company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

A full driving licence is essential.

Attributes:
Ability to work in very busy environment as part of a team
Knowledge of warranty procedures an advantage
Good organisational skills, methodical conscientious
Good people skills and ability to overcome customer issues
Technical background, although training will be given
Ability to control day to day running of reception
Good customer facing manner and selling skills

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Every other Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00
